Greek cargo ship drowns near Lesbos Island

Athens, 27 Nov (HS):- A cargo ship drowned near Lesbos Island in Greece, due to a storm. A mission has been launched to search for the 14 sailors, including four Indians reported missing.

A helicopter of the Greek Navy rescued one of the sailors. Five ships, Air Force, and Navy helicopters are engaged in the rescue mission. The cargo ship was destined.

The Railway's objective is to dismantle these aging water tanks and construct modern replacements at secure locations," he added. The decision comes after the unfortunate incident on December 13, where a section of the water tank on platform number 2-3 at Burdwan station collapsed, resulting in the loss of four lives, with several others still undergoing treatment in hospitals. Eastern Railway's proactive approach aims to prevent such incidents and enhance safety across its network.
