Modi to present India's views on environmental protection during COP-28
Prime Minister Narendra Modi has landed in Dubai to participate in the 28th session of the Conference of Parties (COP-28) on global climatic changes. During his visit, Modi is set to address the summit and convey India’s perspectives on environmental protection over the next three sessions.
Upon his arrival, the Indian community in the UAE extended a warm welcome to PM Modi. In Glasgow, he announced India’s ambition to achieve carbon neutrality by 2070 and stressed the importance of following decisions made during the Paris summit. Modi emphasized the need to raise funds for developing nations to undertake environmental protection projects.
